I’m Melissa, I live in Meanjin, Brisbane. I’m bisexual/queer, neurodiverse, afab/non-binary (they/them) and a mother of two grown daughters.
My Story
I’ve always been passionate in my personal, professional & political/activist life about everyone’s right to information, bodily autonomy, sexual and reproductive wellbeing and pleasure.
Following burnout as an NGO CEO, I attended Feast Festival of Embodiment and Sexual Transformation, a weekend of workshops run by Australian sexological bodyworkers and somatic sex educators. I felt like I had found my people/my calling, and the following year was among the first cohort to become qualified in Interactive Erotic Somatic Sex Education. I still do work in systems change and continue my lifelong personal journey of sexual and relational learning and liberation.

Anyone who wants to explore or re-awaken an erotic desire, expand your capacity for pleasure, deepen your self trust and trust in others, shift discomfort or frustration around pleasure and sex, expand your ability to ask yourself and others for what you want and don’t want, or rewrite your relationship with your body in an intimate space.
